Happy Father’s Day
Today, as we celebrate Father’s Day, we would like to recognize the important role that male cows play within our sanctuary community.
Neelesh, Hemakesha, Littleman and Ahimsa share a beautiful bond that we have the privilege of witnessing every day.
Neelesh is the leader of our herd, whose calm and steady presence helps guide and support the cows in his care. He provides stability, companionship and confidence to those around him.
Sadly, most male cows are not given the opportunity to live long lives or experience the companionship of a herd. The Cows Foundation is committed to offering a different path, one where every cow, regardless of gender, is valued as an individual and given the chance to live a full life in the company of other cows.
Your support makes this possible. Through your generosity, Neelesh and his herd can live in a peaceful environment where they can form meaningful bonds, enjoy the comfort of companionship, and simply be themselves throughout the entirety of their lives.
This Father’s Day, we celebrate Neelesh and all the male cows who remind us of the importance of connection, community and caring for one another.
